Core strategy
Question first, text second
1. Question before text
Read the question and options first. Now you know exactly what to hunt for.
2. Find the keyword, read only that line
Match the question's key word in the text. Read that sentence, skip the rest.
3. Match meaning, not spelling
"gratis" in the text = "kosten niets" in the question. Same idea, different word.
4. Watch niet / geen / behalve
These flip the meaning. "Open elke dag behalve zondag" excludes Sunday.
5. Re-check numbers and dates
"voor 1 mei" vs "vanaf 1 mei". "Half tien" = 9:30. Read the number twice.
6. Eliminate, then guess
Cross out what the text contradicts. Never leave a question blank.

Waar ligt de sleutel?
"Sleutel" appears once, right before the sign-off. The kattenvoer sentence answers a different question — it's a distractor.

Waarom wordt de afspraak verzet?
"Ziek" describes de tandarts, not the patient. Option A swaps the subject — the most common wrong-answer trick in this exam.
